About Us

Stewart Allardice was founded in 2012 when Justin Stewart and Paul Allardice merged their extensive experience in the building industry and created Stewart Allardice Construction (Pty) Ltd.

In 2002 Justin Stewart took over the reins from his father Ian Stewart, who had traded in South Africa for over 40 years, bringing with him a fresh approach and modern business acumen.

Paul Allardice contracted locally through Allardice Construction Services over the past 20 years.

After working on a contract together, it made sense to combine their respective skills. They have built up a reputation as a hard working, honest, quality, hands-on contractors. The majority of their work is obtained via referrals from happy customers, builders, engineers and architects alike.

Together, the old school work ethic of integrity, reliability and superior service, as well as quality workmanship, remain one of their fundamental pillars.

Meet Our Team

Justin Stewart

Partner

Justin is a qualified Engineer. He has a B TECH degree in Structural Engineering. He started working during University holidays with small building work, before starting his working career with his father Ian Stewart. When his father passed away, he took over the helm creating Justin Stewart Builder and has played an integral part in building a very successful concern. He takes the great pride in ensuring every job is done to perfection, on budget and on time.

Paul Allardice

Partner

Paul has a National higher diplomma in Civil Engineeering. He worked for five years in local civil works and one year as an International Contracts Manager for CIVILS. He was self employed running Allardice Construction Civils and Building works where he was the recommended installer/applicator for all revel stone products and lafarge concrete.

Paul is married with 2 kids and other than his passion for building is a keen sailor.
